Los Angeles County, Downey Superior Court Appoints Superior Court Receiver Kevin Singer to Handle the Disposition of Personal Property and Establish Commercial Rental Values to be Included in Court Judgment
Downey, Calif. (November 1, 2011) – The Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los Angeles today appointed Kevin Singer as Receiver in the case of Community Commerce Bank vs. The Baptist Church Of The New Covenant In Jesus Christ.
This case involves the appointment of a Superior Court Receiver to handle the disposition of personal property and establish commercial rental values to be included in court judgment.
